Vina Šerbinek's vineyard lies on the steep slopes of Špičnik in Zgornja Kungota, where grapes are exposed to sunlight throughout ripening and largely hand-tended; they grow Welsh Riesling, Sauvignon, Yellow Muscat, Muscat Ottonel, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris.
