Roussillon has around 80 wineries to visit. Its wines carry appellations such as Côtes Catalanes, Côtes du Roussillon, Rivesaltes, and Côtes du Roussillon Villages. Signature grapes include Carignan, Grenache, Alicante Bouschet, and Carignan Blanc.
