Dyrehøj Vingaard, founded in 2007 in Ulstrup, Denmark, is run by Jacob Bruun-Jensen across 52 hectares on the Røsnæs peninsula, which enjoys one of Denmark's most favorable microclimates, with 20% less rainfall than the national average and up to 200 more hours of sunshine a year. The estate won the Havfrueprisen 2022, since renamed the Lighthouse-prisen.
