A vinha da Vina Šerbinek fica nas encostas íngremes do Špičnik, em Zgornja Kungota, onde as uvas ficam expostas ao sol durante toda a maturação e são cuidadas em grande parte à mão; cultivam Welsh Riesling, Sauvignon, Moscatel Amarelo, Muscat Ottonel, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir e Pinot Gris.
