Le vignoble de Vina Šerbinek se trouve sur les pentes raides du Špičnik à Zgornja Kungota, où les raisins sont exposés au soleil tout au long de la maturation et sont en grande partie travaillés à la main; ils cultivent Welsch Riesling, Sauvignon, Muscat jaune, Muscat Ottonel, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir et Pinot Gris.
