Weingut Philipp Schnabel - St. Martinshof is a family-run winery in Siefersheim, Rheinhessen, run by Mirjam and Philipp Schnabel across 20 hectares. Its vineyards draw on the volcanic rock of the Siefersheimer Heerkretz site and on loess and sand left by the region's former primeval sea, and the estate offers rooms to stay.
