A family-run winery in Wintrich, in the heart of the Mittelmosel between the Hunsrück and Eifel hills, growing Riesling on steep, slate-soil slopes; it has its own restaurant and visits are by appointment.

Terroir: Unser Weinort Wintrich liegt im Herzen der Mittelmosel, eingerahmt und geschützt von Hunsrück und Eifel. Die einmaligen Steillagen und besonderen Schieferböden bieten beste Voraussetzungen.
Seasonal notes: Straußwirtschaft only open mid-May to end of June and August to end of October; closed on select dates for wine festivals.
