Weingut Hofmann in Röttingen, founded in 1991 by Jürgen Hofmann, is a family-run estate of 9 hectares with a restaurant, visited by appointment. Almost all its wine grows in the top Röttinger Feuerstein site, where shell limestone is threaded with white quartz veins, and Gault Millau has awarded it three grapes.
