In the sun-baked valleys around Mostar, Herzegovina has grown grapes for a very long time, giving rise to distinctive local wines made from grapes such as Žilavka and Blatina. Vinopanorama covers more than 10 wineries and cellars across Bosnia and Herzegovina, most concentrated in this southern wine country, and their doors are open to visitors for tastings alongside the region's dramatic karst scenery.
